Roles and Responsibiliities

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to create and maintain strategy as per organization requirements.
  • Responsible for IT infrastructure & IT network management.
  • Experience in preparing and maintain IT policies.
  • Analyze the existing processes and evaluate cloud-based applications to integrate into the system.
  • Ensure system and quality enhancements by monitoring the respective IT activities and processes implemented, and by keeping abreast with new methodologies and practices.
  • Responsible for ERP application implementation. Scope includes understanding business requirements, identifying vendors, cost negotiation, finalization of vendors, providing business inputs to vendors, monitor, review, and implementation of ERP modules.
  • Responsible for change management, quality management.
  • Ensure AMC, SLA is monitored and renewed on a timely basis.
  • Corporate requirement analysis and interaction with the software vendor for customization and testing the ERP module and fine-tuning.
  • Responsible for Data Centre maintenance, backup & restorations.
  • Responsible for IT Asset management & user support PAN India.
  • Responsible for Email management.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management.
  • Responsible for IT Asset Management.
  • Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech IT with 5 years plus experience with a similar role
