1. Candidate should be from Navi Mumbai/Thane/ Mulund/Chembur

2. Candidate should join within 15 days

3. Should have experience of leading recruiter team

4. This is hardcore recruitment profile with team leading exposure

5. Should have handle pressure of Recruitment Pan India

6. EPC, Corporate, Technician Hiring must

7. Excellent in Excel, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, PIVOT, FORMULA

Job role:

1. Understanding Job description

2. Communicating and Coordinating with all SBU Heads and Branch Manager and Sales office Pan India

3. Sourcing, Screening and Scheduling Candidates through Naukri.com. This is pure recruiter profile

4. Working with highest accountabilities and ownerships

5. Closing openings within strict budget line and TAT

6. Working under set norms set by Organization

7. Weekly and Monthly Recruitment report with daily calling report

8. Managing 3 to 4 members team of hardcore recruiters

9. Reporting to AGM – HR on daily basis with all the necessary information

10. Should have experience of hiring of EPC candidate, Corporate profile, Technicians, Sales professionals

11. Experience in drafting SOPs of recruitment and selection process and implementing the same

12. Coordinating with candidates with proactive communication and documenting all the necessary documents

13. Joining formality along with drafting offer letter/Appointment Letter, get it approved from Management

Desired Candidate Profile

A. Candidate should be graduate

B. Should have worked at least for 5 years as Recruiter

C. Hiring Engineering, Technicians and Corporate profile is must

D. Male candidate will be preferred, a bit travelling involved

E. Candidate should be from Navi Mumbai/Thane/Mulund

F. Should have team leading experience at least for 2 years

G. Candidate should be able to join within 15 days
